Description of Works Completed by Setpoint
Setpoint Solutions was invited to tender Lloyds Lounge directly from Lloyd Gardner (proprietor), who explained the project had already been designed by Hydrock but was looking for a local installer who could manage the short program duration.
We installed a Daikin high efficiency mini VRV, R410A system with round flow cassettes installed in the restaurant space, we also installed the kitchen and bathroom extract systems in the 3 week time frame. Our customer also took advantage of our affordable leasing option which allowed him to include the maintenance costs over his chosen term.

To date, Setpoint Solutions has worked on projects for a leading high street retailer installing large air conditioning plant for the shop floor, as well as office heating and cooling systems on sites in Streatham, Chelmsford and Launceston. Jody has also provided large VRF heating and cooling plant for Harper Foods; air conditioning systems for Exeter University; air conditioning and ventilation units for a high profile online distribution centre in Bardon Hill.
